Synopsis
The need of the hour is professionally trained employees, equipped
managers, research-oriented scholars and intellectual academicians in our
nation due to rapid industrialization, commercialization and globalization
with growing competition. To achieve professionally sound managerial
skills and competence, managers, both present and future ones are
required to get fully equipped with the current scenario of business and
proper understanding of it. India has to nurture itself in such a way that
it can take advantage of demographic dividend in the current business
race. To convert the Indian economy into developed economy is the real
challenge for the Government and providing the shape of super economic
power is full of threats. Also the present business world is passing through
major changes like worldwide competition, survival of the fittest, skill-
based services, transfer of technology and so on managers are supposed
to update and upgrade their specialization as per the need of super-
specialization so knowledge is the indispensable part for achieving the
targets pre-determined by the pragmatic administrators.
